The PECA Amendment: Reputation or Right to Speak?

The amendment widens the definition of an “aggrieved person” to include, in addition to the natural person (i.e., a living human being), “any company, association or body of persons whether incorporated or not, institution, organization, authority, or any other body established by the Government under any law or otherwise”.
