Abdullah Mohsin

Mr. Abdullah Mohsin practices law in the field of civil and commercial litigation, and corporate consultancy in Lahore, Pakistan. He has dealt with litigation pertaining to property, banking, insurance, contractual disputes, procurement, human rights, and constitutional law.
In addition, he provides legal opinion to various national and international clients concerning labor law, corporate compliance, service matters etc.
In addition, he holds LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands. Moreover, he has written various research pieces touching upon constitutional and international law which are published in some of the renowned academic platforms in Pakistan and the Netherlands.
His research has dealt with international dispute settlement; international humanitarian law; international human rights law; arms trade; international law and the environment etc.
Hammad Raza Sultan

Mr. Hammad Raza Sultan is a founder and partner at the ‘Sultan and Sultans Law Chambers’ in Lahore, alongside being a Legal Advisor of ‘Metropolitan Corporation Lahore’ and the ‘Habib Bank Limited Pakistan’.
Hammad started his legal journey while working as an apprentice at his father’s law firm. Subsequently, he joined one of Pakistan’s most respected law offices. i.e. ‘Anwar Kamal Law Associates’, as an Associate Attorney. Further, he also served as the Assistant Legal Advisor (In-House) with Punjab Group of Colleges
He specializes in both criminal and civil law, including: matters dealing with special agencies like ‘Federal Investigation Agency’ and ‘National Accountability Bureau’; labour; service; family; banking matters and human rights.
He practices law before the lower courts and the High Courts in Pakistan.

Mr. J.R. Sultan, a Civil Servant from 47th CTP, is a Section Officer, Govt. of Pakistan currently posted in Ministry of Law & Justice. There, he has been dealing with the issuance of law opinions to the Federal Govt. and litigation where the Govt. is either directly or indirectly involved. During his tenure, he has been involved in quite consequential opinions including but not limited to the cancellation of the passport of ex-PM Nawaz Shareef, ownership of Mr. Jinnah's villa at Bombay, extradition of Altaf Hussain from U.K, auction of Roosevelt Hotel, NY, and dissolution of Jannat Pakistan Party as a political party so on and so forth. The journey of litigation being Section Officer (Solicitor Wing) hasn't been less interesting and engaging. Ranging from service matters to pure constitutional petitions the portfolio offered a rich experience of subject. Besides, he is a nominated focal person for the first of it's kind Anti-Rape Law/ project by the Federal Govt. throughout Pakistan. The law is quite an ambitious piece promising new things and breaking new grounds ensuring expeditious and effective investigation; and prosecution of Rape and related crimes. Besides, he is in charge of Ministry's HR. Before joining service, he was actively practicing at bar (lower courts & High Court). He mainly concentrated on the areas of Civil, Criminal and Constitutional Law. He partnered at Sultan and Sultan Law Chambers.

Ms. Nawal Ramay is former Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, and to Justice Ayesha A. Malik, the first female Supreme Court Justice in the history of Pakistan. Ms. Ramay is former Associate at Jillani & Co, and a pro-bono case lawyer for the Justice for All Foundation Pakistan. She has also served as Assistant Editor of the Pakistan Law Review published by the Pakistan Centre of Legal Research and Publication. She is currently an LLM candidate at Columbia Law School.
